Check out The Seshen's dazzling new "Distant Heart" video

words by Evan Winter

Bay Area-based electro-soul band The Seshen continues to tease their upcoming album Flames & Figures, this time with a visual accompaniment to their spacey synth-pop single "Distant Heart," which released earlier this month.

The seven-person ensemble's new video has a glamorous vibe, full of sparkly garments and bright lights. The visual stars lead vocalist Lalin St. Juste, whose light, airy voice dance all over the slow, soothing production as she sings the poignant hook: "You went too far and I can't see you / You can't go on and I can't reach you."

Flames & Figures is the band's follow-up to their 2012 self-titled debut, and is set to release on October 14 via Tru Thoughts Recordings.

Watch the mesmerizing new video for "Distant Hearts" below, and you can check out the video for the album's title track here, which dropped last month.
